We are staring down a week of snow and ice. As residents of the Portland area, this usually means everything stops. Here are a few things you can do with your library card while stuck at home. If you need a card, sign up for an
ecard!
Learn how to sew with
CreativeBug. I am currently in the middle of putting together the Flight Bag and have enjoyed the easy-to-follow videos. It includes a pattern to print at home! (Or print it through our mobile print service and pick it up at the library)
Or learn how to knit and help out with our drive "
Comfort for Hospice"
Knitting Cast Ons - Debbie Stoller
eBooks / eAudiobooks
If you run out of books to read, try downloading one!
If you are in the mood to try learning a new program, or updating your resume with Learning Express or Career Accelerator.
We will be answering email! Let us know if you need help with your account, or if you have any questions. libraryassistants@ci.sandy.or.us
